Letter to BSSNSW 1999.

Below is a letter I sent to the BSNSW 0n the 1st of April 1999, to which I received no reply. I passed a copy on late 2016, again with no reply. The letter is from a time when I started the New England Branch of the BSNSW inc.
You see some interesting points made and it was from almost 18 years ago.
